SESLibrary is a software tool that contains a large number of manufactured engineering objects commonly used in the electrical, railway, and pipeline industries. This tool is the default database for SES applications.
In addition, users can add their own items to appropriate databases, organize them, and use them later.
The data stored in SESLibrary can be easily imported into various SES engineering applications, simplifying the specification of data input. Data can also be viewed in the standalone mode.
Items stored in SESLibrary are categorized and organized in such a way to ease their retrieval and use.
SESLibrary contains a large number of objects. Various filtering options are implemented to facilitate efficient searches for particular items.
When a filtering option is applied, the list of items is narrowed down. Moreover, data can be sorted according to any column of the narrowed table.
If an object cannot be found in SESLibrary, users have the option to easily add their own, by simply inputting the necessary electrical and geometrical data.
If the electrical characteristics of the object are not provided in the datasheet, you can use the SESImpedance tool built into SESLibrary to model the object when its geometrical and material characteristics are known. Once the electrical characteristics of conductors are determined using this tool, they can be added to your own database. Some of the conductors contained in SESLibrary are accompanied with pre-defined SESImpedance files. These files can be used as examples for new models.
